Our plants meet the federal definition of hemp. Once the hemp develops sufficient root structure the plugs are transplanted to floating mats. These "working hemp" plants grow tall and reedy, bearing little resemblance to Cannabis. Mats are removed from the water and fresh plugs are deployed to optimize the uptake of nutrients.
